PRESIDENT - Carra Kane carrakane@alumni.utexas.net  
As President, Carra has overall responsibility for the club and all its functions and activities. On the communication side she's responsible for all the chapter-wide communications, acts as the primary liaison with the Ex-Students Association back in Austin, and handles general email enquiries.

Carra got her BA in Sociology from UT in 1997. She's been in London for almost six years.  She and her husband David (BBA '90) are Life Members of the Texas Exes.  They live in Wimbledon with their daughter, Jadyn, and are currently expecting their second child in November.

VICE-PRESIDENT - Tyler Rudd tyler_rudd@yahoo.com
Vice-President Tyler will be the guy running the show on the day at our events. Additionally, he sets the overall calendar of activities, and arranges volunteers to help staff our events, including volunteers for showing the Longhorn football and basketball games. So if you've any great ideas or you can help us out any time, please get in touch with him. 
 
Tyler graduated from UT in 1995 with a BA in English. After working with the Texas Legislature, he attended UT School of Law graduating in 2000. He then went on to complete an LLM at University College London and now works as a Project Finance Associate in the London office of Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP. He currently lives in Pimlico with wife, Amy and daughter, Ainsley.

SECRETARY / TREASURER -  Chrissy Citzler c_citzler@mail.com
The treasurer handles the clubs financial transactions, maintains the bank account and keeps track of event budgeting. They also responsible for keeping our Ex-Student Association chapter documentation up to date and valid.

Chrissy grew up in La Grange Texas, studied at UT from 1993 to 1998 and after 3 years in Houston, has now been in London for 6 1/2 years. She works for GE and as a great Texas fan is proud to be a life member of the alumni association.

SOCIAL DIRECTOR - Amy Rudd arudd@dl.com
Amy is responsible for developing and implementing the Social Calendar and events. This includes the monthly Thirsty Thursday happy hours in the off season, the Pub Crawl, Halloween Party and Thanksgiving Dinner. If anyone wants to get involved helping to shape these events, please get in touch.

Amy graduated from UT in 1997, and completed law school in 2000. She works for International law firm Dewey & LefBoeuf LLP and returned to London in 2006 for her third stint here after a year away. She is a proud mom to her and Tyler's daughter, Ainsley Olivia Rudd.

SPORTS DIRECTOR - Patrick Hearn phearn@alumni.utexas.net
Patrick takes care of the sporting side of our events calendar. Most importantly the football viewing parties for the 2005 National Championship winning Texas Longhorns. Also responsible for putting together the softball tournament and the ski trip. Additionally he updates this website.

The token Brit of the group, Patrick graduated from the University of Birmingham, but has been a very keen follower of UT sports for many years. Patrick  works as a project manager for banking software company Temenos, and moved to New York in Oct 2006, so unfortunately will be stepping down from the committee at the next elections.

SCHOLARSHIP DIRECTOR - Ann Allega annallega@alumni.utexas.net
Ann runs the UKTE Scholarship program, which helps UK residents with the cost of books and supplies for their freshman year at Texas. She takes care of the necessary paperwork with Austin, handles the applications and promotes fund-raising.

Ann graduated with a BBA in Marketing from UT, and has completed her Masters in Addiction Psychology and Counselling at London South Bank University. She came to London with her husband Philip in 2004 and has two sons, Austin and Brady.  She is currently working for Her Majesty's Prison Service.

CULTURAL AFFAIRS DIRECTOR - Susan House Wade bevonian@aol.com
Susan received a BA in Humanities at UT followed by an MA at the University of London, School of Oriental and African Studies.  She is currently a PhD candidate in the Faculty of Arts and Architecture, School of Historical and Critical Studies, University of Brighton.

Susan's role is the organising of a small number of art and culture-related events in the London area each year.  Additionally, she welcomes contact with interested representatives of other American universities.

TECHNOLOGY DIRECTOR - Vacant
We would very much like a volunteer to join us as Technology Director. We could do with help running and improving the system we are using to receive and show the Texas football games and also to take over running of this website.
