Placing UT Students into Internships in London

EUSA has been working with UT Austin since 2005, placing nearly thirty students each summer into unpaid internships throughout London. The program was initiated by the study abroad office in McCombs School of Business, but is now run by the Center for Global Educational Opportunities (C-GEO), thereby opening it up to students of all majors and backgrounds. They anticipate this program doubling by summer of 2007!

EUSA has been placing American undergraduates in London for over twenty years and are always looking for new
internship sponsors for their students (and of course, in this instance, for future Longhorns in London)

To give you an idea, this summer they've got UT Austin students at Universal Pictures, GE Europe, Virgin Atlantic Airways, Janes Defence Weekly, Louis Vuitton, Royal Free Hospital, Media Edge CIA, Barclays Bank, Disney and more!

Can you help? Or know someone who can help? Please contact Meagan Basilius for more information on how to become a partner. You can also ring the London office on 020 7244 6258 or check out their website at

EUSA places students year-round, so you don't have to wait until summer 2007 to help!'
